Deposit limits, cool-off and self-exclusion
You can set a deposit cap, a loss cap and a cool-off. A lower cap applies now. A higher one waits a day, because the usual reason for a raise is the session you’re already in. Self-exclusion closes the account for the period you name. We won’t open it early because a match looks good.
- Deposit cap: a rupee ceiling for a day, a week or a month.
- Loss cap: once net losses hit it, new cash stakes stop.
- Cool-off: 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Marketing mail stops with it.
- Self-exclusion: six months, one year, or permanent. Write “self-exclude” in the subject.
The account page also has a loss cap for the practice wallet on this device. That one is local. It doesn’t replace the cash limit. Still worth setting if you use demos to warm up and then deposit.
Signs to stop a session
You’re chasing a number you lost an hour ago. You’re hiding the app. You’re using rent money, or a UPI you borrowed. A win feels bad because it’s already spoken for by the loss under it. Any one of those is a reason to turn the cool-off on tonight, rather than waiting for the weekend.
Requests from family
If a partner or a parent asks us to close your account, we still need the request from you, unless a court or a payment block says otherwise. We won’t discuss your balance with them. We will tell you that they wrote. What you do after that is up to you.
Under 18
The site is for people 18 and over. Don’t use a parent’s documents, and don’t sit a younger person at the screen while a round is live. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we close it and we don’t pay the winnings out.
Another deposit won’t fix this. Talk to someone near you, or call AASRA on +91 9820466726. That’s a distress line. They don’t give betting tips.
