Account data CroreBet keeps
- Name, email, mobile, state, and the date you opened the account.
- Payment references, the method, and the name the bank or UPI returned.
- Document images, once you send them for a check.
- Game logs and tickets, because settlement disputes are otherwise a matter of opinion.
- Support mail, including the complaint thread.
The practice wallet, the age confirmation and the cookie choice live in your browser. We do not receive that play-credit balance on a server when you spin a demo.
Why account data is kept
To open the account, to pay a withdrawal to the right person, to read a complaint, and to satisfy anti-money-laundering checks. Marketing mail is separate. You can stop it and keep the account. You cannot opt out of a mail that says your withdrawal needs a document. That one is the service.
How long account data is kept
Account and payment records stay for as long as the account is open and for a period after closure that the licence and the payment partners require. It is measured in years, not days, because financial records are not a cache. Marketing data goes when you opt out and the next cleanup runs. Browser play credits go when you clear site data.
Who can see account data
Payment processors see the transfer. A game studio sees the round they host, not your PAN. A host on the VIP desk sees the notes they need. We do not publish the reviews with a full name or a phone number. A legal request can compel a disclosure. A curious relative cannot.
Access, correction and deletion
Ask [email protected] for a copy of the account data, or for a correction if the state or the phone is wrong. Deletion of a closed account’s marketing profile is straightforward. Deletion of payment history may be refused where we have to keep it. We will say which part we kept and why.
