The usual way in. PhonePe, GPay, Paytm and the bank app all speak UPI. Put the reference in the note if the app allows a note.
Deposit methods
IMPS and NEFT
Slower than UPI, useful when a VPA is capped. Keep the UTR. We cannot search “I sent it yesterday” without it.
Netbanking
Works for larger deposits. The name on the bank login should match the name on the CroreBet account.
USDT
Offered for players who already use it. Network matters. A token sent on the wrong chain will not appear, and we cannot invent it back.
Deposits
After you register, open the cashier, pick a method, and send the amount you actually mean to play with. The minimum is ₹300. If you opt into the welcome match, that offer starts at ₹500. Money from a VPA in someone else’s name sits until we can see whose it is. Sometimes we send it back. Sharing an account this way doesn’t work.
UPI, IMPS and netbanking times
- UPI is often minutes. If it is still missing after thirty, send the UTR.
- IMPS can be quick and can also wait for the bank’s own queue.
- A first deposit on a new device can pause for a look. That pause is a check, not a lost transfer.
Withdrawals
Ask for the payout on a method in your name. Most people want UPI, and that’s what we try first once the account is already verified. A first withdrawal, or a sudden jump in size, asks for documents. PAN, a photo of you, and an address proof are the usual three. Until those are accepted, the request stays open. You’ll see that state in the cashier.
We don’t add a CroreBet fee on a normal UPI payout. Your bank might. A bonus that’s still inside its wagering can’t be withdrawn. The cashier should show the locked part separately from the cash. If it doesn’t, write to the desk before you send a second request.

Play credits and the cash cashier
The ₹10,000 on a demo is a practice wallet in the browser. It doesn’t queue a withdrawal. “Reset balance” on the account page only refills that practice number. Cash lives in the cashier. If a page mixes the two up, tell us. That’s a mistake on our side.
