Account rules
You must be 18 or older and you must be allowed, where you live, to use a product like this. One person holds one account. Couples do not “share a login”. If we find two accounts for one person, we can close the extra one and void bonuses on it. The remaining cash can still be reviewed for payment.
You keep the login to yourself. A loss that came from a friend who knew the password is still a loss on the account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else is in it. We will freeze stakes while we look.
Stakes and settlement
A stake is accepted when the balance changes and the round or ticket exists. If the connection drops, check the account log before you stake again. We settle from the log, not from a screenshot of a spinner.
Sports prices on the public guide are samples. A real ticket uses the price shown at the moment you confirm it. If a market is settled by the sport’s official result and that result is later corrected the same day, we may resettle. We do not resettle because a television graphic disagreed for a minute.
Bonus terms
Bonus rules on the bonuses page are part of these terms. If you break the maximum stake while a bonus is open, we can remove the bonus and the winnings that came from it. Your deposit is not a prize we confiscate for a formatting mistake, but repeated abuse is a closure reason.
Play-credit demos
Play credits have no cash value, are stored locally, and can be cleared when you clear the browser. They are not a debt we owe you. Practice games can differ from studio games. The game page says where that happens.
Closing an account
You may close the account by writing to the desk. We may close it for a rules breach, a failed document check, or a legal requirement. Cash balances on a verified account are payable unless the law says otherwise. We can refuse a new account after a permanent self-exclusion.
Liability limits
We are not liable for a phone that loses signal in the middle of a cash-out, beyond what the log shows we received. We are not liable for state law you ignored. Nothing on the site is an invitation to play with money you cannot lose.
These terms sit with the privacy note, the cookie note, the AML note and the bonus table. The latest version on the site replaces the older one from the moment it is published. A material change to withdrawals or wagering will be mentioned on the promotions page as well.
