CroreBet casino and sports
A lot of players here jump around in one evening. A crash round on the way home, a cricket price after dinner, Andar Bahar when the innings goes quiet, a slot if none of that is working. One account covers that, in rupees. You don’t open a new wallet for each studio.
The pages you’re reading are the front of the lobby. They explain the games, show a practice version of the popular ones, and say how a payment, a check and a complaint actually move. This is the operator’s site, written by us.
Play-credit demos and cash play
The practice games use play credits stored on your phone or laptop. They show you the shape of a round. They aren’t the certified studio client, and you can’t withdraw them. If a famous slot has tumbles or a collect feature, the page says so, and the reel on the page stays a simpler line. Better to see that gap here than after a deposit.
Cash is a different balance. Deposits and withdrawals go through the methods on the payments page, mostly UPI and bank transfer. A withdrawal can wait while a check is open. We say that before you send the money.
Who player support will speak to
- Players with an account, about a deposit, a missing round, a limit or a document.
- A relative, if you have asked us in writing to close the account. We won’t discuss the balance with them unless you’ve said we can.
- A regulator or a payment partner, when the law or the payment rail requires it.
India, states and 18+
The lobby is for adults in India, or adults using an Indian payment method. Eighteen is the minimum. If you’re younger, leave the site. Several states restrict online games of chance, and the rules differ. Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Sikkim are the ones that come up in the mail. Maharashtra is not the same as those. Check the rule where you live. The licence page says it again, because a bright homepage doesn’t change a state law.
Cricket gets the most of the sports board, then football, tennis and kabaddi. Prices marked as samples are there so you can see the layout. A live price moves. A sample can be wrong by the time you finish reading the sentence.
How to send a complaint
Use the contact form or write to [email protected]. Put the account email, the time of the round, and the amount. The form gives you a ticket number straight away. A person replies inside one working day. If you need a game log or a payment trace, say that in the first mail. “Still waiting” on its own is harder to place than the first mail with the UTR on it.
We don’t ask for your password, an OTP, or a remote-control app. If someone does, that isn’t the desk. Hang up and write to [email protected] from the address on the account.
When KYC documents are required
A small UPI deposit can clear with no file. A larger withdrawal, or a name on the account that doesn’t match the VPA, usually needs a check. PAN, a photo, and something that shows the address. The payments page lists them. Send them when the desk asks. Don’t send them to a Telegram number that says it’s “CroreBet VIP”.
What CroreBet does not promise
A slot isn’t “due”. A plane isn’t “due”. A cricket side isn’t “due”. If a document check is open, we won’t promise the withdrawal in ten minutes. Play credits aren’t cash. The bonus page writes the wagering as a number. If a banner and the terms disagree, the terms are the ones we follow. Read the number before you opt in.
The notes on the reviews page are from individual players. We didn’t buy a rating, and your withdrawal won’t automatically look like theirs. Some of the notes mention waits. That’s fine. A page of perfect praise wouldn’t help you.
How game rules are written
A game page changes when the demo rules change. Trust the page you’re reading, not a screenshot in a chat. If we describe a hand ranking, a tie rule or a mine count, it matches the buttons above the text. When the studio game differs from the practice round, the page says studio in one place and demo in another.
If a page is wrong, write to the desk. Fixing a rule is dull work. We’d still rather fix it than leave it half-explained.
